Night Yoga @ The Hideout

  • The Hideout 201 North Braddock Avenue Pittsburgh, PA, 15208 United States (map)

A place where you are immersed in a world of art, and explore your inner creativity. The #HideoutMovement is about creating – creating a vision of a life you want and executing it. Here, you will learn about yoga, mindfulness, functional movement, meditation and more.

Taylee Wilson was initially drawn to yoga for relaxation and quickly found that the balance for mind and body were starting to come through in her personal life. She received her RYT 200-hour teaching certification and has been teaching throughout the Pittsburgh area since. She teaches Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga and you can find her on the water all summer and at Wanderlust Festivals sharing the SUP love. She lives for the outdoors, chasing the sun and saving animals. Her spare time is spent hiking, snowboarding, horseback riding, on the water or volunteering with the local animal shelter.  In her teaching she hopes to share her passion and give students results for their mind, body and soul. Her classes are a blend of flow and power with a concentration on your breath, fun and clearing your mind.

Yin and Flow :
During this class we will explore the yin and the yang of yoga. Power and Yin are opposites in their approaches, but both serve our bodies in different respects. The power portion of class will focus on bringing heat into the body and include some fun and playful poses. The slower Yin portion will hold long into stretches, activating soft tissues and creating deeper release and longer lasting flexibility. This will be a perfect class for all levels
