About the instructor: Clayton Weakley
Clayton has gravitated towards zen philosophies and teachings, while developing a meditation practice over the last 10 years. Clayton has suffered from back pain and a severely herniated disc resulting in sciatic nerve pain – through a slow and mindful practice, he was able to learn more about his body and find healing in a strong yoga practice.
