A full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance. Different props and routines are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind.
About the instructor: Amanda McDonald
Amanda started her love of fitness from a young age with dance. When she moved to Pittsburgh she found The Barre Code and connected with the positive female community and challenging classes. She grew from a client to an inspired instructor. Amanda loves connecting with clients to help empower them to find their strongest self. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, travel, adventure and playing with Maximus her 190lbs Mastiff dog.
