A place where you are immersed in a world of art, and explore your inner creativity. The #HideoutMovement is about creating – creating a vision of a life you want and executing it. Here, you will learn about yoga, mindfulness, functional movement, meditation and more.
Yoga classes with Zen Punk are focused on functional movement. There are times to move fast (running, spinning, HIIT, etc.), however, Yoga can be a more slow and mindful practice in order to learn the intricate push/pull relationship within our bodies and minds. These night classes will incorporate slow movements, and learning the finer detail about the basic postures. These classes will help your master and understand more simple postures, and how they help prepare the body for more complicated postures. Class will conclude with a mindfulness meditation and time to hang out and take some yoga photos with Baron’s artwork covering the whole studio.

About the instructor: Clayton Weakley
Clayton (aka @zen.punk), has practiced mediation for 10 years, and has combined his love of movement with his love of mediation. Clayton has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and has fallen in love with yoga and it’s ability to help heal an on-going back injury. Yoga has taught Clayton to be patient, and that movement/functionality will come when the body is ready. Yoga can be a mirror to the turmoil that we are experiencing on the inside (whether it be physical pain, or emotional pain). Zen Punk was created about 2 years ago – Clayton purchased an old typewriter, and started typing up positive messages for people and leaving them throughout the city. The goal is to give people the words that they might need to hear in that very moment of their life.
