Week 3/5 - #NameYourFear
This week, you are naming your fear. This class will involve breathing meditations, inward mindfulness, and exploring our fears with some awesome partner work. Bring a friend! If you’re coming alone, we’ll have someone to pair up with!
Fear is a constraint that keeps us from jobs we want, from relationships we wish we had, adventures we want to take. Fear can rob us of our breath and life force. The more we feed our fears and allow them to win over our action, the more we begin to believe these ‘fears’ as truth.
