Zenpunk wishes for you all to create a life for yourself – a life that you look forward to waking up to in the morning. A fulfilling life can look different from person to person; but a fulfilling life always consists of creating and giving back. Cultivate your passions and share/teach them with others.
In order to write your own story, you have to tune in to your body and mind, and shut out all the white noise and chatter. This can be achieved with mindfulness. Mindfulness is cultivated in a yoga practice, but can be applied to other aspects of your life off your mat.
To practice mindfulness is to bring your full attention to the present moment to exactly what is going on right in front of you.
