About the instructor: Sarah Reed-Lieb

In my career as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I mainly focus on helping people with depression and anxiety, as well as low self-esteem. I found that yoga was a beautiful way for me to care for myself, so I could be of better use to my patients. At the end of 2014, I began to feel as though I wanted to do more with yoga - to find another way to help others and hold space for them outside of the clinical setting. I decided to enroll in South Hills Power Yoga's teacher training program and in July of 2015, I became a certified vinyasa yoga teacher. I am so excited to help others find acceptance, encouragement, humor, and support through this practice.
